Method 1: Ice cube

This is a method to use before going to bed. For this purpose, you can dip a cotton swab in lemon juice and apply it directly on the affected area, and let it stay overnight. Another way to use it is to mix one teaspoon of cinnamon with one tablespoon of lemon juice and put it on your pimples before you go to bed. When you wake up, wash your face with lukewarm water.
Method 3: Toothpaste
This is maybe a method that you never thought of. The toothpaste you use every day to whiten your teeth could be used also for treating pimples. It’s recommended to use white toothpaste, not a gel one. While you sleep, the chemicals will dry out your pimples and the whitening agents will reduce the redness. Before you go to bed, apply a bit of your toothpaste on the affected area, and in the morning wash your face with water. You can use this method also in daytime, but you should keep the toothpaste on your face for at least 30 minutes.
